E-commerce Handler

Position Level Non-Executive Requirements *Education & Qualifications Minimum SPM / high school diploma or equivalent. Diploma or degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field is an advantage. *Experience Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse handling is preferred. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop is a plus. *Technical Skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets). Ability to navigate and use e-commerce platforms and tools. Knowledge of inventory systems or order management software is an added advantage. *Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently. *Communication Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken). Able to communicate clearly with team members and customers. Physical Requirements Physically fit and able to handle packing, lifting, and moving stock when required. Responsibilities *Order Processing Receive, verify, and process online customer orders. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products. Update order status in the e-commerce system or platform. *Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks. Report damaged or missing items. *Shipping & Logistics Arrange courier pickups or deliveries. Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation. Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues. *Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or platform messages. Resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, or complaints. Maintain positive customer relationships. *Platform Management Ensure smooth operation of the online store across different marketplaces. Monitor and optimize store performance and product visibility. *Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and order status. Analyze sales trends and provide input for improvements. *Collaboration Work with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce operation. Support promotional campaigns and online sales events (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday). Qualification Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
