Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements *Education & Qualifications Minimum SPM / high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail, sales, or customer service are a plus. *Experience Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (entry-level positions available). Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage. *Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions.
